It’s been years in the making, but we now have a full-sized copper and bronze spatula. Featuring a generous copper blade that’s been planished for strength, and a wide-forged bronze handle to ease in lifting and serving, it’s a perfect match to our copper serving spoon and ladle.

We begin with pure copper sheet, then cut and forge it to shape by hand through multiple hammering processes. The handle is hand-forged from bronze rod, and carefully set with two copper rivets.
