Here are two more prototypes of our solid forged copper sugar spoon. We haven’t settled on a final design for this product but have gotten many requests for more. The finish appears different, but they are both forged by hand from the same 3/8” pure copper bar. Copper can be very tricky to forge, but worth it in the end every time.

The top spoon is 6” long with a 1.5” bowl.

The bottom spoon is 6.5” long with a 1.5” bowl.

Highly acidic or otherwise corrosive foods will damage the finish and may leech copper into your food. Nor recommended for use with tomato based or citrus dishes or ingredients.

Our Reforged series are spoons which began life as a much different spoon. I occasionally dig through utensils at thrift stores or yard sales and purchase spoons that are unattractive but are made of thick enough stainless steel to have potential as a different utensil.
