This is a completely new set of items from Black Swan, comprising a whole matching set of serving utensils, made 100% by hand in our workshop.

These “cottage sized” servers are smaller than our popular serving spoon and ladle, because you don’t always need a big spoon to enhance the tabletop experience. In addition to the new cottage ladle and spoon, we’ve added a serving fork and a highly requested slotted spoon.

For sale here is a set in stainless steel and 464 naval brass. The forged stainless bowls are attached to hand-forged brass handles using two solid copper rivets. Forged stainless is more rust-resistant than mild steel, but not as stainless as typical polished or machine-made utensils.

The cottage serving spoon and fork are approximately 9.5” long with 2” x 2.75” bowls. The cottage slotted spoon measures approximately 9” long with a 2.5” diameter bowl. The cottage ladle is just under 8” long with an approximately 2oz bowl.
