These spatulas use an industrial-grade spring steel with a blue tempered finish. Its super thin, flexible edge will bend easily and bounce back every time, making it perfect for both cooking and serving use. The blue tempered steel is not stainless, and should be treated like a cast iron pan or carbon steel kitchen knife. It will develop a unique and beautiful patina over time with use.

Left Spatula: This smaller prototype features a thin, forged titanium handle. Small and light, it’s a great all-purpose little spatula that will be a joy to use for cooking or serving. 9.5” total length with a 3” wide blade.

Center Spatula: This is a blue steel version of our popular new Bell Server, but this time with a flexible blade and a forged stainless handle! 10.5” long with a 3” wide blade.
