Most of the time we don’t need a full length butter knife for spreading. This smaller-bladed knife gives you more control and makes spreading butter or condiments more fun. The blued 1095 spring steel blade is flexible and resilient, and will show a patina as the blue wears off with use. The handle is forged from mild steel.
