This is a full-size tool that is as useful as it is beautiful. As a metalworker, forged titanium represents the pinnacle of both function and aesthetic. It’s a perfect material for a high end cooking tool at half the weight of steel while virtually indestructible and nearly impossible to corrode. The tradeoff is that it’s extremely difficult to work titanium sheet consistently by hand, and requires many more cycles of heating and forging than other metals. I guarantee you will be shocked by how light this utensil is for its size.

For this large server, I’ve made a new design for the drain holes, classic and simple enough to let the beauty of the material shine. This piece also features our new swan stamp on top of the handle.
