This is a completely new set of items from Black Swan, comprising a whole matching set of serving utensils, made 100% by hand in our workshop.

These “cottage sized” servers are smaller than our popular serving spoon and ladle, because you don’t always need a big spoon to enhance the tabletop experience. In addition to the new cottage ladle and spoon, we’ve added a serving fork and a highly requested slotted spoon. For the first time, we have also added a small copper spatula to the cottage set.

For sale here is our fifth ever cottage set, featuring copper bowls that have been heat forged, leaving an interesting patina that matures with age. The handmade copper bowls are attached to hand-forged stainless steel handles using two solid copper rivets. Pure copper is very reactive and will take on a patina quickly and will require maintenance/polishing to stay shiny. Not recommended for use with acidic foods!

The cottage serving spoon, slotted spoon, and fork are approximately 9.25” long with 2” x 2.75” bowls. The cottage ladle is just under 9” long with an approximately 2oz bowl. The spatula is nearly 10” long with a 3” wide blade.
